                                        IS IT HELPFUL OR NOT?  

    Most cultures have traditional treatments that have been used for many years.These treatmens may not be scientific,but they seem to work.I believe that alternative treatment is helpful when it is supported by conventional treatments.
    The term nonconventional medicine or alternative medicine describe healing treatments that are not part of conventional medical training like yoga,massage therapy, acupuncture,laugh therapy or herbal medicine.Many of these alternative techiques come from all over the world and people use them to feel themselves much better...Especially,in recent years nonconventional medicine has become popular among people because medicine has lots of side-effects apart from its benefits.Today's people are looking for ways which are less harmful although there are lots of doctors who are successful on their field and support alternative medicine to some extent.
     People often turn to nonconventional treatments when they have a long-lasting problem that conventional medicine hasn't completely cured.For example,someone who has seen a doctor for years about cancer might try using alternative treatments in addition to medicine treatment.However,some people feel that it is not worthy spending money or time for these kind of things which have not been proven scientifically,but I don't think so,it will be beneficial as long as it is used with medical treatments.
    In short,nonconventional medicine is a way which has been used since ancient times.Its safety and effectiveness haven't been completely proven yet,but this doesn't mean you can't try them.At first,consult your doctor and then decide what to do!
